Returns and Refund Policy
The following returns policy applies to all items sold on De Noohra Gallery Limited.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.
An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- – Check the item properly before signing the delivery note.
- You have a maximum grace period of 2 months to return purchased item from the date you received it.
- To grant your request for a return, the item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received.
- The purchased item(s) must be in the original packaging and in “reseal-able” condition.
- The purchased item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.
Note: Any costs incurred on shipping are non refundable. you will be responsible for delivering the items to the pick up point.
De Noohra Light Gallery will not initiate refund/replacement for:
- – Any product that reveals physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product purchased.
- Any product that is returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I return my order?
Kindly send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will attend to your request and our team will respond and guide you on further steps.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.
You may cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of sending a request to email@example.com will be acknowledged.
If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, We will effect a refund.
